Please don't take this in a hipsterish way - we've been loving Vito's since he was in a trailer by the Bountiful Tabernacle. He's modified his menu (the pan seared ravioli was wonderful and will be missed), but it's always great.

I love the fact that he runs out of things as lunch time progresses. It might be a little frustrating, but it's also charming, and it lets you know it's not Subway.

Bring cash. Be your own cashier. Be sure to try the jalapeño sauce. Above all get there early. No, get there late so I can be early. You will not leave wondering what else you should have for lunch. A good food-processing nap may be necessary.

Holy Jesus, Vito's has tasty food. Bring cash, make your own change, and prepare your taste buds. Also, check the operating hours as they are only open a few hours a day.

I tried a classic Philly cheese steak because the others seemed odd, but watching the regulars dig into their Alfredo Philly, and cream cheese Philly made me regret that choice. Mine was still a great Philly, but next time I'll be a bit more adventurous.

The owner operator was pleasant and seemed to enjoy himself while we were there.

One last note: prices include chips and a drink.

This place was a great find! Had a job down in bountiful for a few days and wanted to try some local eats! This was amazing! Food had large proportions and was priced good for the amount of food(you get chips and a drink with all sandwiches)! There is an atm! Definitely get some jalapeño sauce delicious not too spicy!

Vito's is a unique place with an unusual business model. The food is absolutely delicious, period. If you can get in for lunchtime, do it. And get cream cheese on your philly, you won't regret it!

A 7" philly, drink, and chips for under $10 AND it is one of the best Philly cheesesteak sandwiches I have ever had! Definitely the best in Utah! I could eat here every day for a week and enjoy trying all the different varieties of Phillies. The only downside is he is only open for lunch on the weekdays, but that right there tells you how good he is that he has such limited hours and does such good business.

Oh and remember to bring cash! He doesn't take credit/debit cards.
